Estos Terminos del Servicio regulan el acceso y uso de la plataforma Recocicla y del sitio web recocicla.com. Al utilizar el servicio, aceptas estos terminos.

Recocicla es una plataforma digital de gestion y reutilizacion de residuos orientada a municipios y entidades. Cuando el servicio se presta para una entidad cliente, pueden aplicarse ademas las condiciones particulares acordadas con dicha entidad.

1. Objeto y ambito

Estos terminos describen las condiciones de uso de la plataforma, sus funcionalidades y el sitio web. El servicio esta dirigido a entidades, profesionales y personas usuarias que participan en programas municipales de reutilizacion.

2. Uso del servicio

Te comprometes a utilizar el servicio de forma licita y conforme a estos terminos, a la Politica de Uso y a la normativa aplicable. Recocicla puede suspender o limitar el acceso en caso de incumplimiento o de riesgo para la seguridad del servicio.

3. Cuentas de persona usuaria

Algunas funcionalidades requieren una cuenta. Eres responsable de la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de la actividad realizada desde tu cuenta. Debes notificar de inmediato cualquier uso no autorizado.

Las funcionalidades no asociadas a cuenta pueden utilizarse sin registro cuando asi se ofrezca en la aplicacion.

4. Contenidos de las personas usuarias

Eres responsable de los contenidos que publiques (fotografias, descripciones de objetos, solicitudes). Debes disponer de los derechos necesarios y respetar los derechos de terceros y la normativa vigente. Recocicla puede retirar contenidos que infrinjan estos terminos o la Politica de Uso.

5. Propiedad intelectual

El software, las marcas, los disenos y los contenidos propios de Recocicla estan protegidos por derechos de propiedad intelectual e industrial. No se permite copiarlos, modificarlos o distribuirlos sin autorizacion previa por escrito.

6. Disponibilidad del servicio

Recocicla trabaja para mantener el servicio disponible y seguro, pero no garantiza la ausencia total de interrupciones. Pueden realizarse tareas de mantenimiento, actualizaciones o mejoras que afecten temporalmente a la disponibilidad.

7. Limitacion de responsabilidad

En la medida permitida por la ley, Recocicla no sera responsable de danos indirectos o consecuentes derivados del uso del servicio. Nada en estos terminos excluye responsabilidades que no puedan limitarse legalmente.

8. Modificaciones

Recocicla puede modificar estos terminos para adaptarlos a cambios legales, tecnicos o del servicio. Los cambios sustanciales se comunicaran por los canales habituales y la version vigente estara siempre disponible en esta URL.

9. Ley aplicable

Estos terminos se rigen por la legislacion espanola. Las controversias se someteran a los juzgados y tribunales que correspondan conforme a la normativa aplicable.
